Opening

I've just learned that the German people (not the government, the population) donated about 350m euros for the Tsunami aid. USA pledged $350m. Good job Mr.Bush. A whole continent is not able to give more money than German people... I guess USA is so poor they cannot come up with an adequate amount of money.

Wouldn't it be easier just to forfeit those countries dept to IMF and World Bank? Nope... Well, they know the aid they are "donating" will just be a means for those countries to pay their dept...
